Welcome to the team! Below is a step-by-step overview of what you can expect during your onboarding process:
Step 1: Communication & Access
- Company Email: You will be assigned an official company email. You will receive detailed instructions on how to access and set it up.
- Slack Channel: A Slack channel will be created for you, where you’ll be introduced to your client and important company updates will be shared.
Step 2: Legal & Onboarding Documents
- Contract Agreement: You will be asked to review and sign your contract via DocuSign. This document includes key details like your compensation, responsibilities, and other legal terms.
- Onboarding Email: Once your contract is ready, you will receive an email containing your job expectations and equipment requirements, along with the contract and other onboarding materials.
- Background Check: A background check will be processed, and you’ll be notified once it’s completed.
Step 3: Client Introduction
- Introduction Email: After all formalities are completed, you will receive an introduction email where you’ll meet the client - this is your time to make a great first impression!
Step 4: Ongoing Setup
- Tool Access: You’ll be invited to the relevant tools for your role, like a US virtual phone number and VPN.
- Equipment Setup: If applicable, you will be guided through setting up necessary equipment like laptops and setting up our device manager.
- Thera Setup: You will be added to Thera, our payroll system, for payment processing.
